To get a user name and password, you can:
- Contact your Trex Sales Representative
- Contact the Trex Sales Department
- Send an email to trexconnect@trex.com and
include:
- Your name
- Your company name and location
- Your email address

How do I log in to TrexConnect?
Choose which image below looks like your log-in screen.
- Type trex\ before your username in the textbox provided.
- Type your password in the textbox provided.
- Click OK.
- Type your username in the textbox provided.
- Type your password in the textbox provided.
- Type trex in the Domain textbox provided.
- Click OK.
I have a user name and password but still can't log in to
TrexConnect.
- Be sure you are using the backslash ( \ ) key and not the
forward slash ( / ) key in your username.
- Be sure to copy and paste the password created by the system
into the password textbox. Your password is case sensitive and
sometimes letters and numbers (such as the number 'zero' and the
letter 'o') look the same on screen.
- Before you try to log in again, delete anything in the username
textbox. If you are using Windows XP, the text that automatically
appears in the username textbox after a failed log-in will be
incorrect.
If you still are unable to log in, please email trexconnect@trex.com. Be
sure to include details in your message about what problems you are
experiencing.
